1.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you can enter into a binding contract.
2.Products & pricing
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
- Products are sold by the case as displayed; quantities and prices may change without notice.
- We may limit quantities or decline an order.
- Photos and placeholders are illustrative — actual packaging may vary.
3.Orders & payment
We confirm orders by email once payment succeeds. We accept major credit and debit cards and digital wallets through Stripe. The order contract forms when we send the confirmation email, not when you submit the order.

The Asia Food Depot name, logo, and original site content are ours. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective owners.
7.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
