1.Shipping rates

Local pickup only

We're currently offering free local pickup only, so there are no shipping rates to show. Order online and collect your cases at our City of Industry, CA warehouse — nothing ships right now. The delivery details below apply for when we resume shipping.

2.How delivery works

    Order placed

    Order before 11 am PT on a business day to ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.

  2. 2

    Processing

    We pick, inspect, and pack your cases at our City of Industry warehouse.

  3. 3

    In transit

    Typically 2–5 business days in the contiguous US.

  4. 4

    Delivered

    A tracking link is emailed the moment your package leaves our warehouse.

Total time = processing + transit. Delivery estimates are typical, not guaranteed.

3.Where we ship

  • All 48 contiguous US states

We don't ship to (yet)

  • Hawaii & Alaska
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Canada and anywhere outside the contiguous US

Free local pickup

Skip shipping entirely — choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at our City of Industry, CA warehouse during business hours. We'll email you when it's ready.

4.Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. You can also find it in your account under Orders.

5.Damaged, lost, or wrong items

    Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date).

    Send details

    Email support@asiafooddepot.com with your order number and photos if the case arrived damaged.

  3. 3

    We make it right

    We'll resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
