We pick, inspect, and pack your cases at our City of Industry warehouse.

A tracking link is emailed the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
Total time = processing + transit. Delivery estimates are typical, not guaranteed.
As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. You can also find it in your account under Orders.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date).
Email support@asiafooddepot.com with your order number and photos if the case arrived damaged.
We'll resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
