Asia Food Depot ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash (argon2id), shipping addresses.
• Order data: items, prices, order status, shipping address, last 4 digits of the payment card (via Stripe).
• Technical data: IP address, browser, language, anonymised usage events (Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies).

How we use it

• Fulfilling and shipping your orders.
• Responding to support requests.
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring.
• Required tax, accounting, and regulatory records.

Payments

We do not store full credit-card numbers. All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Sharing

We never sell personal data. We share data only with service providers required to deliver your order (carriers, Stripe, Cloudflare for transactional emails), or when legally required.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@asiafooddepot.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; Quebec residents under Law 25; Canadian residents under PIPEDA.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to hold your cart session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Authentication uses an httpOnly secure session cookie.
