Ordering
We're a wholesaler, so products ship in full cases. Buying by the case gets you the lowest per-unit price and fewer, larger deliveries — ideal for restaurants, grocers, and stock-up households. Each product page shows the units per case and the per-unit price.
There's no order minimum beyond a single case. Add free shipping by reaching $99, or choose free local pickup at our City of Industry warehouse.
We process orders quickly to ship the same or next business day. If you need a change, email orders@asiafooddepot.com with your order number right away and we'll help if it hasn't shipped yet.
You can browse freely; checkout will guide you through the details needed to ship and confirm your order. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder faster.
Shipping & delivery
Flat $14.99 per order, and free on orders of $99 or more. Heavier freight orders (70 lbs or more total) ship at a flat $29.99. Free local pickup is available at our warehouse.
All 48 contiguous US states and Canada. We don't currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or outside North America.
Orders placed before 11 am PT on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the contiguous US, and 5–10 business days to Canada depending on customs.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & refunds
Unopened, sealed cases in original condition, within 14 days of delivery. Because we sell food, opened or partial cases can't be returned for safety reasons. See the full Returns policy for details.
We've got you. Email support@asiafooddepot.com within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned case, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, with an email confirmation.
Wholesale & business accounts
Yes. Restaurants, grocers, and resellers get dedicated support and volume pricing. Email wholesale@asiafooddepot.com with your business name, the categories you need, and your estimated volume.
Yes — free local pickup is available at our City of Industry, CA warehouse. Choose pickup at checkout, and we'll have your order ready.
Products & food safety
We stock authentic Asian pantry staples and ship from an FDA-registered, USDA-compliant facility in the USA. Each case is inspected before it leaves our warehouse.
Always read the product's physical label, which governs ingredients and allergens. Product pages list key details, but the package label is the source of truth.
Most items are shelf-stable; follow the storage guidance on each package. If you have a specific question, email support@asiafooddepot.com.
Account & payments
Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards over an SSL-secured connection. Your payment details are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor.
